Property and Amenities

Pleasant Valley is a well established, centrally located neighborhood just 8 miles west of downtown Little Rock. There are approximately 1000 homes on large lots with mature hardwoods. Pleasant Valley features two pools, a community center, two playgrounds, tennis courts, and 55 acres of green space with trails throughout the neighborhood.

The Pleasant Valley Country Club and it's 27 hole championship golf course are also located within Pleasant Valley neighborhood and there are several area churches, private and public schools, restaurants and shopping centers.

Residents are required to pay an annual assessment to maintain the upkeep and use of the facilities.

Community Center

The Pleasant Valley Community center is available for rent by Pleasant Valley residents. The Community center is a beautiful space that is ideal for private parties or meetings. Please see the property owners tab for rental policies and request form.

Arkansas Valley Pool and Park

The Arkansas Valley Pool and Park are located at 2300 Arkansas Valley Drive next to the Community Center. The pool was extensively renovated in 2006 and has pavillions with picnic tables that provide shade and an extensive deck for guests. The Pool is closed Tuesday and is only available for private parties on that day. The pool opens Memorial Weekend and stays open through Labor Day Weekend. Hidden Valley Pool and Park

The Hidden Valley Pool and Park are located at 3215 Hidden Valley Drive. The pool is closed Monday and is only available for private parties on that day. The pool opens Memorial Weekend and stays open through Labor Day Weekend. More information can be found on the Property Owners tab.

Tennis Courts

The Pleasant Valley Tennis Courts are directly behind the Arkansas Valley Pool complex. There is a sign up sheet on the outside of the Community Center for court Reservations. Please contact the office for the lock code on the tennis court gate.
