Please print a and bring a completed waiver each time you visit the pool

SOCIAL DISTANCE - Please remember to social distance! Parents must be responsible for following the rules and monitoring their children. This is important as the Health Department can shut us down for not following the directive. Chairs are set up in sets of 2. These 2 chairs are for one family only. You may put more than 2 members of your family on the 2 chairs but you may not sit with your neighbor or friend. Tables have about 4 chairs with them. Again do not share the table with your friends. Only families may sit together. Same for the picnic tables. Same for in the water. We must social distance in the water also per the state directive. DO NOT MOVE CHAIRS, TABLES, LOUNGERS!

NEW Pool rules are posted under the property owners tab.  Children must be 15 to attend the pool with out being accompanied by a parent or guardian

WAIVER - Please use the link below to view the waiver and state directive on the Association website. REVISED - A waiver must be completed each time a resident enters the pool. The waiver provides the needed information required by the directive for contact tracing. It eliminates a touch point of residents sharing pens, signing, and providing the same information in a log that many other residents have touched.

The Board of Directors continue to meet to review the Governor’s directive on pool and playground re-openings. While we are striving to accommodate our residents  the need to adhere to distancing requirements and new protocol will cause changes to our entry and rules of the pools. Please be patient with lifeguards and changes to policy. As always our goal is resident safety.

The PVPOA Community Center and pools will not be available for rent, and all events will be postponed to dates to be determined. Residents who use any of the PVPOA facilities at this time assume any risks for use. Updates will be provided as available.

Click the links for the waiver and  state directive. More information can be found under the Property Owners tab/Facilities Policies and Hours.

A fee of 2.9% of the payment amount will be added to online payments at checkout.
